1. How long has Atpac been in business?

Atpac Transportation Inc came to life in the spring of 1992. Bruce started the business alone but soon realized that without help he was not going to last long. That is when Paul, a long time friend, left his place of employment and joined Bruce. Here we are, 17 years later with an impressive customer base and a dispatch office that never stops. In May 2007, Paul retired but fortunately, with the team we had built, we never lost a beat.

2. How do you book our loads?

Our computerized dispatch program gives us total information control on all loads tendered Atpac. Regardless of the size and destination we can keep you up to date on the status of your shipment(s). You may send us your loads by e-mail, fax, or even a simple phone call.

3. Do you use C-TPAT carriers?

Yes we do. We have a large selection of audited carriers we source from. Being an ISO certified Company we have a process in place that is used to qualify our carriers. Be it C-TPAT, FAST, PIP and even internal hiring and safety procedures of our carriers, we have written confirmation from them all.

4. Is Atpac insured?

Yes, we are. We carry $125,000.00 for Freight forwarders legal liability as well as $5,000,000.00 Commercial general Liability.

5. Can we pay your carriers directly?

Yes you can. As a matter of fact, this is the way Atpac started as 100% of our loads were paid by our clients directly to our carriers. This practice had diminished dramatically but the possibility remains. Just call us and we give you further information.
