Hi, I’m Mike Gregory. Ever since I left one of Atpac’s longtime customers where I was an in-house dispatcher I have worked as a customer service representative at Atpac’s offices in Valleyfield, Quebec. I have seen it all, from a long-haul driver, to a shipper, to a dispatcher and now here at Atpac, I have come across about everything the trucking industry has to throw at me. I am however, like all of us, still learning. Fortunately, here at Atpac we deal with C-TPAT, FAST Express, PIP certified carriers. This makes our lives easier when it comes to border crossing issues.
