Hi, I'm René Lefebvre. Several years ago I decided to make a career change and in 2000, started the process of learning about the North American transportation market. With dedication and perseverance, I developed an excellent rapport with several U.S. shippers with whom I continue to work with to this day. I recently joined ATPAC with the goal of further building on my experience as well as helping out in both operations and sales.

There is more than one way to handle your freight

Intermodal transportation In as much as we are brokers (Atpac Logistics), we also have a second method of handling your freight. This was the origin of Atpac back in 1992. At that time we moved all of our customer’s freight as agents (Atpac Transportation).

As agents, we have the carrier invoice you directly. This gives you the luxury of having an outside firm arrange your transportation requirements but allows you to still pay the carrier directly. Nowadays, with the high premiums being charged for Hazmat insurance, it is safer and re-assuring for you the shipper, when you know that in the case of an incident, you will be dealing directly with the carrier in question. Naturally, we will always provide you with Hazmat certified carriers and of course, we are always there to support and assist you.
